Hong Kong Highlights:

The adventure began with a thrilling single-trip cable car ride up to the famous Victoria Peak (太平山顶), where guests enjoyed breathtaking panoramic views of the city's stunning skyline. Continuing our urban exploration, guests marveled at the unique and artistic Monster Building (怪兽大厦), experienced the glamour of the Avenue of Stars (星光大道), and strolled along the historic Tsim Sha Tsui Clock Tower (尖沙咀钟楼). Q: How long does it take from Macau to reach Kai Tak cruise, so that I can propose the pickup time. We have to check it between 11.30 to 12 pm.

A: Dear Lisaa, Thanks for your question. One of our clients departed from Macau at 08:15 and arrived in Kai Tak Cruise Terminal at about 10:30 last week. We’d like to suggest you leave as least 3 hours on the way and depart at 8:15-8:30, thus you’ll have enough time to check in.
Q: Good afternoon, On 28 Oct 2019 I need to travel from Hotel Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16 to Hong Kong International airport to catch the Air France Flights to Paris. So I need to arrive in airport around 7.00 PM. What can I do?

A: Thank you for your inquire of the transfer. Here I list options for your reference: 1. Ferry boat: It’s fastest way to take the ferry boat directly from Macau Port to Hong Kong Airport, Skypier(3 boat trips running every day). But please note that boating trip is most easily influenced by natural factors, and once canceled you could not take the trip anymore, and you have to find a another way to catch your flight. 2. The Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge Shuttle Bus: You could take the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge Shuttle Bus for the transfer, it’s the most economical way, but please note that the Shuttle Bus only runs from Hong Kong Port or Macau Port. You need to arrange your personal transfers to the Port by taxi or by bus from Hong Kong Airport to the Port or the Port to your Macau hotel. 3. Private transfer by car/Van: It’s most comfortable way and save your time thus you won’t be worry about transfers from points to points. But the private transfer will cost a little expensive.

A: Thanks for your questions. Yes. All passengers have to take all luggage down to go through immigration at Zhuhai Port only with our Alphard van. When you are travelling from Zhuhai to Hong Kong, it is the same, but more simpler checks at Zhuhai port. Regards

A: Dear Marian, Yeah, we could arrange a private car transfer back to Guilin for you after the show, early booking is required, as we need to confirm the availability of the car and driver beforehand.
Q: When we reached the Macau, you mentioned that we need to take all the larguage with us. Will there be Porter or anyone to assist us with the larguage? Will there be any trolley available for use since we need to walk 500 meters? What about the drivers and cars? Please advise. Thank you.

A: The immigration check on the port just like you go through the airport security in the airport. You need to do it on your own and other people could not help you.
Q: About Venetian Macau, East gate and main lobby. Is it same lobby?

A: Yeah, the East Gate is main lobby. The East Gate is available for vans and cars, the West Gate is mostly available for bus. So our driver will pick up you from the East Gate.
Q: Hi Why is there a china plate z7*** upon departure, when we take the private Alphard van transfer from Macau to Hongkong?

A: The vans we upgrade for you having the permit for three places including Macau, Hong Kong and Mainland China. So it will be able to take you all way through from Hong Kong to Macau. You only need to get off at Macau Port for immigration.
Q: Our main concern is only the communication between your drivers and us on the place of pickup,like at the ferry terminal etc or in case of delay. Do you inform us via wechat the details of driver,like his car registration,drivers phone number and so forth one day earlier or?

A: Thanks for your questions and note with your concerns. Normally the car plate and our driver information will send 1-3 days in advance of your departure. On your arrival, our driver will hold your name sign at the Gate of Arrival Hall in the airport, or your hotel gate or nearby the ferry terminal when you depart. We also have English speaking staff on duty to monitor and follow up your whole transfers, you do not need to worry about that, as far as I know, all our clients enjoy our car services and we have not received any complaints at present. Q: hi, Do you have a larger vehicle like a mini bus instead or is the Toyota alphard the largest?

A: hello, thanks for your question. The coach larger than Alphard is 23-seat coach but it is not two plates vehicle. That only allowed to go the Zhuhai Port, Hong Kong side. Then we use another one in Zhuhai side to meet you. Importantly, a guide is required to use the coach in Hong Kong, that making the total price is even higher than having two vans. We will have the two van to meet you together, parking the same lot.
Q: How far is Shanghai Hongqiao from PVG Pudong International Airport - they have to be in time for their flight at 22:00.

A: hi, thank you for your question, from Shanghai Hongqiao Station to Shanghai Pudong Airport: about 58km, driving time is about 70mins in smooth time. We suggest you leave at least 4 hours for the transfers, if your time is flexible, it’s better to take the earlier Train(at least 1 hour earlier).
Q: Hi, I'd like to know more details about your car rental services, does the driver speak any English? How will we understand each other?

A: Thank you for your questions. Our driver will contact you before the show and set up a meeting point after the show, to pick you up then transfer back to Guilin (your specific hotel in Guilin). Our driver speaks Chinese. We will have English-speaking staff online monitor the transfer. You can get help a call away.
Q: hey, if we book your car transfer services, the driver have a sign with our name at the exit of the show? Will the driver be waiting with our name or how do we do to recognize him? The show of Impression Liusanjie ends at 21:00, is 10 minutes enough time to get out of the show and meet the driver? Thank you.

A: Hi, meeting point is set up to the following address, due to there will be very crowded for over 4-5000 people at the show place. Vienna Hotel (Impression Liu Branch): 200ms away from the gate of Show. When you get off, turn left for 200m and you will find driver waiting outside of hotel lobby holding your name sign.
