• Meeting driver: The driver will pick you up either at the hotel lobby or just outside the lobby area, depending on each hotel's policy. Please note that most hotels in Hong Kong and Macau only allow parking for a few minutes.

• Luggage Allowance: The 7-seat Alphard van provides luggage space for 6 pieces of 22-inch  luggage, 4 pieces of 24-inch luggage, or 2 pieces of 28-inch luggage when all seats are occupied.

• Passenger number:  Maximum capacity is 6 passengers (including infants); pregnant women are not permitted on this ride in accordance with immigration policy.

• Immigration check: Immigration check is required at both Hong Kong Port and Macau Port.  Traveling in an Alphard van, visitors need to disembark at Macau Port only once for customs clearance with all luggage.

• Language barrier concerns: Drivers are proficient in both Chinese and Cantonese. Our English-speaking staff will oversee the entire transfer, from pick-up to drop-off.
