Macau, situated on the western side of the Pearl River Estuary in southern China, shares its border with Zhuhai City in Guangdong Province. It consists of the Macau Peninsula, Taipa Island, and Coloane Island. The Macau Peninsula, covering a mere 9.1 square kilometers, serves as the primary residential area, featuring the historic old town and over 20 World Heritage-listed buildings. Taipa Island, reclaimed from the sea, hosts nearly 80% of Macau's entertainment venues, shopping malls, and luxury hotels. Notable establishments include City of Dreams, The Venetian, Wynn Palace, The Parisian, and The Londoner. Visitors with ample time can explore on foot or utilize public transportation. Macau Car Service

The Macau Special Administrative Region, located in southern China, borders Zhuhai City of Guangdong Province and faces Hong Kong across the sea. Remarks

1. When booking, please provide the following information: passenger names, contact numbers, number of passengers, number of luggage pieces, pick-up time, pick-up location, and drop-off location. Note that the seven-seater vehicle can accommodate a maximum of six passengers.

2. The driver can pick you up with a name sign. If picking you up from a hotel, the driver will display your name on a sign in front of the car window.

3. Our quotation includes all expenses.

4. Driver information will be sent to you 3-5 hours before the service starts.

5. If your luggage contains goods or samples, please inform us in advance, as additional freight charges may apply. Also, please inform us in advance of the number of passengers and luggage pieces.

6. During border crossing, all passengers and luggage need to be offloaded.

7. If you need to bring pets on board, please inform us in advance and ensure that the pets are placed in a cage.

Port of Entry

• Currently, there are four ports between Macau and Zhuhai that can be used for customs clearance: Gongbei Port, Hengqin Port, Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Zhuhai Port, Qingmao Port, and Wanzi Port.

• Individual travelers can choose from the above four ports for clearance, while tourist groups can only choose between Hengqin Port or the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Zhuhai Port for entry.

Gongbei Port

Gongbei Port is the most commonly used port for travel to Macau. After passing through Gongbei Port in Zhuhai, travelers proceed to walk to the Macau customs checkpoint.

Advantages: Close to Zhuhai city with convenient transportation; nearby amenities such as dining, accommodation, shopping, and entertainment.

Disadvantages: Long queues during peak hours, especially from 6-8 AM and 6-8 PM.

Clearance Hours: 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM the next day.

Hengqin Port

Hengqin Port operates under the "one-stop two-check" customs clearance model, facilitating quick clearance. When traveling to Macau, only travel permits are checked, while only identity cards are checked when returning to Zhuhai. Hengqin Port is closer to Zhuhai Airport, and after clearance, it is convenient to reach attractions like Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and the Cotai Strip casino-hotels area in Taipa.

Advantages: Lower passenger flow, shorter queue times, with the entire clearance process usually taking between 20 to 30 minutes.

Disadvantages: It is relatively far from the downtown area of Zhuhai.

Clearance Hours: 24 hours a day, with no clearance time restrictions.

Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Zhuhai Port

As the only land port with three-way access, its main function is to handle customs clearance and passenger transport for travelers, freight trucks, and transit passengers traveling between Hong Kong, Macau, and Zhuhai.

Advantages: Fewer travelers, convenient and smooth clearance process; equipped with a parking lot.

Disadvantages: Located between Hengqin Port and Gongbei Port in Zhuhai, it is the furthest exit point from Macau and not easily accessible by public transportation. Suitable for passengers with private cars or those using charter services.

Clearance Hours: Zhuhai-Macao Immigration and Quarantine Hall, 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

Qingmao Port

Qingmao Port is situated on the Ya Chung River, adjacent to Qingzhou in Macau, about 800 meters east of Gongbei Port in Zhuhai. It is located next to the Zhuhai High-Speed Rail Station, and passengers can directly access the port through a corridor after exiting the Zhuhai Light Rail Station.

Qingmao Port adopts a cooperative inspection and "one-time release" border inspection mode, allowing passengers to complete entry and exit procedures for both Macau and the mainland in one hall and one queue.

Clearance Hours: 24 hours.
