Nathalie was always available and very responsive both before and during the trip. She created a truly tailor-made trip based on our desires (and made last minute changes on site depending on the weather. July is typhoon season in China.).

We recently had the pleasure of welcoming a solo traveler for a fully customized private tour through the spectacular landscapes of Western Sichuan. To provide maximum flexibility and comfort, we arranged one guest, one experienced driver, and one private vehicle throughout the journey.
"I'm a solo traveler, 34 years old from the Netherlands. I wanted to go to Western-Sichuan to explore the mountains. I contacted multiple agencies, but had a good feeling with ETripChina from the start, since in the booking process they listened to my demands, and made their own suggestions to make the trip more worthwhile. The communication was very clear through Wechat. There were multiple drivers that picked me up, and the drivers always contacted me directly. There were some areas in a park I had to explore alone, and then ETripChina send me clear information how to get there, and made sure to contact the Hotel to make sure I arrived safely. Dealing with heights over 4000m wasn't easy, but the drivers and the company always made sure I was safe and I could handle the pace.
I feel like I've seen a side of China that not a lot of foreigners have seen and I absolutely loved it. The scenery and culture were just stunning.
Even though the local drivers didn't speak English, they tried their best with the translator apps. They really tried to tell me about the culture and scenery and make my trip worthwhile.
In summary, everything was just very well organised and I'm very happy that I booked this tour!"

For this group of seven guests traveling from Hong Kong to Macau, we arranged a comfortable 9-seat private vehicle together with a professional local guide to ensure a smooth and enjoyable day trip.
While many visitors choose to explore Macau on their own, having an experienced guide made a significant difference. From the UNESCO-listed Historic Centre of Macau to the city's unique blend of Portuguese and Chinese heritage, our guide shared fascinating stories, local history, and cultural insights that brought each landmark to life.
With door-to-door private transportation and a knowledgeable guide taking care of the itinerary, our guests were able to relax and fully enjoy the experience without worrying about navigation or timing.

welcome our wonderful group of international guests on a classic journey across China. Their itinerary included Beijing, Xi'an, Zhangjiajie, Chongqing, a Yangtze River Cruise, and Shanghai, allowing them to experience China's rich history, spectacular natural landscapes, vibrant modern cities, and the world-famous Three Gorges.
Before the tour began, we created a dedicated WeChat group that included our guests, our operations team, and the local guides. Throughout the trip, this group became the central communication channel, allowing everyone to stay connected in real time.
This simple but effective communication made the entire journey smooth and stress-free. Any questions were answered promptly, and any small adjustments could be handled immediately, giving our guests peace of mind while traveling across multiple cities.
We were especially pleased to hear that our guests were very satisfied with their local guides. Their professionalism, extensive knowledge, friendly personalities, and attentive service helped bring each destination to life—from the imperial history of Beijing and Xi'an, to the breathtaking scenery of Zhangjiajie, the unique atmosphere of Chongqing, the relaxing Yangtze River Cruise, and the vibrant skyline of Shanghai.
