Detail Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive in Huangshan, transfer to Yellow Mountain and take some short hikes.

Upon your arrival in Huangshan City, our guide will warmly greet you and escort you directly to the Yellow Mountain Scenic Area. There, we'll take a cable car ride from Yungu Station to the mountain's summit. Before reaching our hotel, we'll embark on short hikes to some iconic viewpoints, including Beginning to Believe Peak, Black Tiger Pine, Stone Monkey Watching the Sea, and Lion Peak.
Yellow Mountain, located in China's Anhui province, is a renowned UNESCO World Heritage Site and a natural marvel. It is celebrated for its striking granite peaks, captivating landscapes, rich biodiversity, and profound cultural significance.

Day 2 West Sea Grand Canyon and descend Yellow Mountain to visit Hongcun Village

Start your day early to witness a breathtaking sunrise, followed by breakfast. Next, embark on a hike along the initial section of the West Sea Grand Canyon trail before descending Yellow Mountain to visit the enchanting village of Hongcun. If weather conditions permit, consider capturing the sunrise at Lion Peak or Danxia Peak for remarkable photo opportunities. Throughout the day, we'll continue exploratory hikes in the park's eastern region or venture deeper into the West Sea Grand Canyon, tailored to your physical fitness. Yellow Mountain offers intelligently designed hiking trails suitable for various levels. The first leg of the West Sea Grand Canyon route, spanning approximately 3 km, promises awe-inspiring vistas that will compel you to pause frequently.

Return to the hotel for lunch and then proceed to the cable car station for the descent from the mountain. From there, we'll drive directly to Hongcun village, a shining gem in the Huangshan area. This UNESCO-listed heritage site is renowned globally, drawing not only tourists but also artists and photographers. During the summer holiday, you'll find the village bustling with art students.


Day 3 Nanping Village, Tunxi Ancient Street

Embark on a one-day journey through the cultural and historical wonders of Anhui Province. Begin your day with a visit to Nanping Village, nestled 5 kilometers southwest of Yixian County. Surrounded by three rivers and backed by three mountains, Nanping Village boasts exquisite Ming and Qing dynasty-style architecture, including ancestral halls, temples, gardens, and ancient wells. Navigate the village's enchanting labyrinth of 72 narrow lanes, immersing yourself in its rich Xin'an traditional culture.


After a delightful local meal, return to Huangshan city and explore Tunxi Ancient Street in Tunxi District. This 1272-meter-long historic street features over 300 Huizhou-style buildings, preserving architectural styles from the Southern Song and Ming-Qing periods. Discover the charm of this "Famous Historical and Cultural Street" as you experience a slice of China's rich heritage in a single day.

Day 4 Huangshan to Wuyuan, visit Jiangwan, Xiaoqi, Likeng village.

Explore the treasures of Wuyuan in a day trip. Begin with Jiangwan Village, historically known as "Yunwan," featuring well-preserved Ming-Qing era architecture and a unique layout forming an "安" character. Then visit Xiaoqi Village, renowned for its tea culture and Ming-Qing era charm, including ancient camphor trees and terraced rapeseed fields. Finally, discover LiKeng, a Northern Song Dynasty village, showcasing Huizhou-style architecture and intangible cultural heritage projects like Dengzhou Yue Diao and sugar painting. Savor handcrafted tea and delectable dishes, including roasted meat and mushroom-stuffed stone chicken, for a complete sensory experience.


Day 5 Wuyuan to Jingdezhen, Jindezhen Ceramics Museum, Ceramic Historical Museum, Ceramic Markets

Experience a day dedicated to the art of Jingdezhen Ceramics.


The Jingdezhen Ceramic Museum, a national-level institution in Jiangxi Province, houses over 20,000 ceramic pieces from the Neolithic era to contemporary works, including 500+ national cultural relics.


Explore the Jingdezhen Ceramic History Museum, divided into Ancient Kilns and the Jingdezhen Ceramic Folk Museum, replicating Ming Dynasty-era ceramic production, and showcasing unique ceramics.


Jingdezhen, the "City of Ceramics," features various ceramic markets, including Jingdezhen Ceramic World in the city center, Jingdezhen Ceramic City in the south for wholesale ceramics, and the Jingdezhen Antique Ceramic Market in the north, offering collectible pieces. Choose the market that suits your interests.


Day 6 Depart Jingdezhen

Airport or train station transfer. Tour ends.
