This is a fully guided tour taking in some of the most beautiful scenery in East of Guilin, covering some 60 km for return trip via city streets, biking trails to Caoping Hui Minority Village via Daxu Ancient Town.
We meet you at hotel lobby, then walk with you to the nearest bike shop or take taxi if needed. Check the bike conditions and make it suitable for you with shop staff. Then start a 20km from the city center to Daxu Ancient Town (or skip the city part to start from the entrance to Daxu Town). Most of the city streets has a special lane for bike and electric bike but narrow. There is a newly built lane for cyclist when turning to the road leading to Daxu town.
You will stop at Daxu and visit the ancient town, a hidden gem along the Li River, with a history over 1,000 years. It has well preserved architectures and collections of local minority people.
Biking trail from Daxu to Caoping is 13km along the Li River. It offers great view at every bend of the river and trough the villages. We can make stop en route to pick up seasonal fruits. Caoping village is also a great tourist spot. Villagers there keep their own Islamic Association and three mosques for their worship and prayer. Most of them lived by fishing in the past and practice cormorant fishing for generations.
When tour ends, return the bike to the shop and back to hotel on your guide's accompany.

After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your willingness, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.
