Itinerary

Guangzhou city has accumulated lots of history since its settlement 4,000 years ago. From being China’s first port, main point of maritime silk road to Chinese revolution, Guangzhou has witnessed a lot. Dr.Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall was built in order to commemorate the first president and founding father of the Republic of China. This symbolic structure was built in 1931 on the original site of Sun Yat-sen’s presidential office.


Temple of the Six Banyan Trees is one of the four best Buddhist temples in Guangzhou. It has a rich collection of cultural relics.


Chen Clan Ancestral Hall used to be a private house for Chen family to pray for their ancestors. There are 19 buildings in the traditional Lingnan style, all featuring exquisite carvings, statues and paintings, and decorated with ornate scrollwork throughout. It is now used as “Guang Dong Local Arts Museum”, with interesting exhibitions about local traditional lifestyle and culture. 


Lychee bay or Lizhi Wan is a typical south China’s water town featuring architectural art of Ming and Qing dynasties, Guangdong cuisine and local activities. It has been reconstructed to a fascinating tourist place.


Qingping Market is one of the local markets selling all kinds good local items, food and snacks. It is also interesting to see Chinese herbal medicines at the professional medicine street.  


When the tour concluded, you will be transfer to your hotel in Guangzhou.
