Upon your evening arrival in Zhangjiajie, you will receive a warm welcome and be greeted by your guide. They will assist you in transferring to the Pullman Hotel located in Wulingyuan town.
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, you will embark on a visit to one of the renowned highlights of the park, the majestic Tianzi Mountain, a popular destination for tourists. Ascending via cable-car, you will be treated to breathtaking views of remarkable formations such as the Warrior Taming Horse Rock and the Western Sea. These natural wonders are truly a sight to behold.
Next, you will board a shuttle bus to Kongzhongtianyuan, offering a breathtaking view of rice fields atop pillars, creating a truly spectacular sight. Descend to a platform for an up-close encounter with the pillar mountains, providing one of the park's most stunning vistas. Afterward, take the shuttle bus to the renowned Yuanjiajie area, made famous by the movie Avatar. Standing at the same level as the towering pillars, even larger than those on Tianzi Mountain, you'll be in awe of the scenery. Finally, complete your journey by descending via the Bailong Elevator.
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon Glass Bridge. Spanning two cliffs, this impressive bridge is approximately 430 meters long and towers 300 meters above the Grand Canyon. As you walk across it, you'll have a thrilling view of the canyon floor beneath you. Following the bridge experience, you have the option to descend to the canyon floor either via zipline and slide or by taking the elevator and slide (note: weight limits apply for the zipline, ranging from 40kg to 80kg). Once at the bottom, embark on a scenic hike along the trails of the Grand Canyon. This serene journey offers the chance to appreciate the tranquility, admire beautiful waterfalls, pristine waters, and immerse yourself in nature's embrace. Simply relax and enjoy this unique encounter with nature.
Next, we will return to the national park and explore the enchanting Golden Whip Stream, renowned as one of the world's most beautiful valleys. Here, towering peaks rise majestically, resembling colossal natural skyscrapers. The crystal-clear waters of the stream, combined with the pure air and meticulous preservation, create a captivating sight. Prepare for a leisurely hike along the stream, allowing you to unwind and immerse yourself in the serene ambiance of this remarkable location.
In the morning, we will check out of the hotel and proceed to Zhangjiajie city center. Our first stop will be the Sandstone Painting Gallery, where you can admire the unique artistry of sandstone paintings.
Afterwards, we will transfer to Tianmen Mountain in Zhangjiajie city. Standing as the highest mountain in the area (1548.6m), Tianmen Mountain boasts the world's longest cable car (7455m), providing a scenic half-hour ride. From the cable car, you will witness the mesmerizing 99 curves of Tongtian Road. Experience an exhilarating walk on the glass-bottomed skywalk clinging to the cliff. Ascend the 999 steps that lead to the extraordinary Tianmen Cave, a natural karst cave penetrating the mountain at the highest elevation in the world. Prepare to be awestruck by the breathtaking sights that await you!
After exploring Tianmen Mountain, you will have free time for dinner before transferring to the airport based on your departure flight or train schedule. Depart with cherished memories and conclude the land tour service.
