Professional local guide will pick you up at hotel lobby around 8:30am and starts the tour from Tiananmen Square. It is the largest public city square in the world with a total area of 440,000 square meters. From there, you will enter the Forbidden City (the Imperial Palace) which was home to 24 Emperors between 1420 and 1911. It is the physical and historical center of Beijing city. After lunch hours, move to the Great Wall Badaling section. Located only 70km northeast of Beijing city, Badaling Great Wall is the best preserved and most representative section of Great Wall.
