Itinerary

If you are interested in the heritage sites, this day tour fits you well. Today's highlights include Summer Palace, boat cruise is included if available, Temple of Heaven and Lama Temple. Lunch will be arranged at well selected local restaurant. After the tour, your guide will take you back to hotel around 5pm.


With a history of nearly 1000 years, Summer Palace in Beijing is said to be the best preserved imperial garden in the world and the largest of its kind in existence of China. A boat ride (available from Apr to Oct) gives very nice opportunity to appreciate the beauty of the garden.


Temple of Heaven is a complex of religious building built in 1420 for the emperors to make sacrificial ceremonies and praying for harvests. It is now also a place where local people dance, practice Taichi and various kinds of exercise.


Lama Temple or Yonghe Gong is a living temple in Beijing. It is the largest and most famous Tibetan Buddhist temple outside of Tibet since 1744. Halls, pavilions, incense burners and statues are in good maintenance combined with Tibet culture.

  3. 2 to 6 days before commencement of services: charge 50% of the tour price.

  4. Within 2 days of commencement of services or no-show travelers: charge 100% of the tour price.

  5. After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your willingness, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.
