China International Import Expo is held annually in Shanghai since 2018. It is a national-level trade fair to open the Chinese market to companies around the world and create opportunities for local cooperation. In 2019, the EXPO received nearly one million people from home and abroad. In 2020, it still welcomed 400,000 visitors, marking one of the largest events across the world.
The exhibition and convention center is located near Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and conveniently connected to other parts of Shanghai by public transport. However, during the trading fair, high-level security check keeps the public transport 5km away. ETripChina works with car company and get permit to transfer you right to the entrance of the convention center (or vice versa).
How to meet driver
Driver will meet you at the hotel lobby (or personal address), then transfer you to entrance of the convention center. If for the way back, look for our car at appointed meeting point.

3. Each car/van has limits of number of passengers. Please also take your luggage pieces and size into consideration when choosing the car/van type.
4. We trace the flight landing times per issue. No additional charge for any flight delays.
Change and Cancellation Policy
Changes are free of charge if made 10 days prior to departure. Maximum to 50% of the price might be applied within 1-6 days prior to departure per issue basis.
Cancellation is supposed to make at least one day prior to departure date (3 days required if at weekend). A percentage of the total payment will be charged as penalty.
10 days prior to departure date – no penalty
6-9 days prior to departure date – 20% charged
2-5 days prior to departure date – 50% charged
Within one day or no show – 100% charged
