How to meet driver at Shanghai Hongqiao Airport
Driver will be waiting at flight arrival (out of luggage claim area), holding your name sign. We will check the actual landing time according to your flight info. As a famous tourist city in China, Suzhou enjoys convenient train and bus transport, but no airport in the city. Suzhou shares flight transport with the neighboring mega city of Shanghai. Travelers taking flight to and from Suzhou need to board at Shanghai Hongqiao Airport (mainly for domestic flights) and Shanghai Pudong Airport (mainly for international flight).
Right next to Hongqiao airport is Hongqiao Railway Station which offers frequent high-speed trains to and from Suzhou. Many locals take connecting option and save budget. Change and Cancellation Policy
Changes are free of charge if made 10 days prior to departure. Maximum to 50% of the price might be applied within 1-6 days prior to departure per issue basis.
Cancellation is supposed to make at least one day prior to departure date (3 days required if at weekend). A percentage of the total payment will be charged as penalty.
10 days prior to departure date – no penalty
6-9 days prior to departure date – 20% charged
2-5 days prior to departure date – 50% charged
Within one day or no show – 100% charged
