When Will the Driver Arrive?
For airport pick-up services, our driver tracks your flight status and adjusts according to the actual arrival time.
Domestic flights: Driver meets guests approximately 20 minutes after landing.
International flights: Driver meets guests approximately 40 minutes after landing to allow time for immigration and baggage collection.
For hotel or office pick-ups, the driver will arrive on time or slightly earlier at the designated location.

Change and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least one day prior to the service date (3 days in advance for weekend bookings). Cancellation penalties:
10 days or more before service: No penalty
6–9 days before service: 20% of total payment
2–5 days before service: 50% of total payment
Within 1 day of service or no-show: 100% penalty
