Change and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least one day prior to the service date (3 days in advance for weekend bookings). Cancellation penalties:
10 days or more before service: No penalty
6–9 days before service: 20% of total payment
2–5 days before service: 50% of total payment
Within 1 day of service or no-show: 100% penalty
