Where to Meet Your Driver
After completing immigration and customs procedures, proceed to the passenger arrival hall.

Cruise Arrival Delays
Cruise arrival and disembarkation times may vary due to weather conditions, port operations, and immigration procedures. Our team monitors the vessel schedule and adjusts pickup arrangements whenever possible.
Cruise Embarkation Transfers
If you are departing on a cruise from Shanghai, we recommend arriving at the terminal at least 2–3 hours before the cruise check-in deadline.

Extra $10 (for driver) is required if landing flight/train earlier than 7:30am or later than 21:30pm; departure flight earlier than 8:30am or later than 22:00pm.
Full day car rental includes service hour maximum to 8 hours and distance to 100km. Extra charges is required $10 per hour and $1 per km.
Pick-up and drop-off hotel or personal address is supposed to be in the city.
Brand of van is the most popular kind in good condition (as specific). If for luxury brand like Bens, Audi, prices may vary accordingly.
Change and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least one day prior to the service date (3 days in advance for weekend bookings). Cancellation penalties:
10 days or more before service: No penalty
6–9 days before service: 20% of total payment
2–5 days before service: 50% of total payment
Within 1 day of service or no-show: 100% penalty
