Price Includes:
Van rental with an experienced driver, including tolls, parking fees, and driver's salary.
Arrival transfers based on actual flight landing time.
Price Excludes:
An additional waiting surcharge of USD 30 per hour will apply after 30 minutes of waiting for pickup and after 90 minutes after flight landing.
An additional USD 40 per van applies for pickups before 08:00 or drop-offs after 19:00.

When the van is fully occupied with 6 passengers, the luggage space is limited.
For 1–3 passengers, the rear seats can be folded to provide ample trunk space.
Based on our experience, Canton Fair attendees are advised to limit the number of passengers to 3, or a maximum of 4 per van, to ensure sufficient room for luggage.

Change and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least one day prior to the service date (3 days in advance for weekend bookings). Cancellation penalties:
10 days or more before service: No penalty
6–9 days before service: 20% of total payment
2–5 days before service: 50% of total payment
Within 1 day of service or no-show: 100% penalty
