The itinerary combines the natural wonders of Yellow Mountain, the cultural heritage of Xidi Ancient Village, and the scenic landscapes of Wangxian Valley, with seamless transfers between destinations.

Suggested 3-Day Itinerary & Transfer Plan


Day 1: Arrival in Huangshan → Yellow Mountain (Overnight on the Mountain)

  • Arrival in Huangshan (airport, railway station in the morning or noon hours by the latest)

  • Private transfer to Yellow Mountain Scenic Area

  • Drop-off at the mountain entrance

  • Cable car up the mountain (ticket not included)

  • Check-in at a mountain-top hotel

  • Free time to enjoy sunset and mountain views

Overnight stay on Yellow Mountain

 

Day 2: Yellow Mountain → Xidi Village → Wangxian Valley (Overnight)

How to Meet the Driver


  • Arrival day: Driver meets you at the airport, railway station, or hotel lobby with your name sign

  • During the trip: The same driver and vehicle serve you throughout the 3 days. Driver will wait at the parking lot while you are sightseeing.


If you have a WeChat account, we will add you and the driver to the same chat group to assist with communication and translation when needed.


An English-speaking guide can be arranged for USD 100 per day per group for a more informative experience. The guide's accommodation and meals (USD 50 per day) are at your expense.

·Pack light for overnight stays on Yellow Mountain: Mountain hotels have limited porter service and higher prices.

·Sunrise & sunset planning (Yellow Mountain): Ask your hotel for the best viewing spots and weather forecast.

·Wear comfortable shoes: Stone-paved lanes can be uneven and slippery after rain.

·Carry cash: Some rural areas and small shops may not accept cards, and mobile payments may not work if your phone runs out of power.

Change and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least one day prior to the service date (3 days in advance for weekend bookings). Cancellation penalties:

10 days or more before service: No penalty

6–9 days before service: 20% of total payment

2–5 days before service: 50% of total payment

Within 1 day of service or no-show: 100% penalty
