Datong has two passenger train stations, Datong Railway Station (大同站) and Datong South Railway Station (大同南站). Read your ticket carefully and the station information is right on the front. The drive ride is around 20 to 40 minutes depending on your hotel location in the city.

 

Once your booking is reserved, driver will meet you on time as scheduled. Look for your name sign at the exit of railway station. For any changes from your side, please keep us informed to make your transfer journey smoothly.

Additional Info

1.  Extra charge per group is required for early/late departure/ arrival between 20:00 pm - 08:00am.

2.  Please kindly inform us your train number, time of arrival, hotel name and address when send in inquiry.

3.  Each car/van has limits of number of passengers. Please also take your luggage pieces and size into consideration when choosing the car/van type.


Change and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least one day prior to the service date (3 days in advance for weekend bookings). Cancellation penalties:

10 days or more before service: No penalty

6–9 days before service: 20% of total payment

2–5 days before service: 50% of total payment

Within 1 day of service or no-show: 100% penalty
