• Public Transportation: Harbin's bus and metro systems cover most major attractions.

• Taxis: Demand for taxis increases on snowy days. It's recommended to book a ride through ride-hailing apps ahead of time or      consider a more comfortable private car service.

• Self-Driving: Not recommended in winter unless you have extensive experience (and a valid Chinese driver's license). Roads can be very icy and snowy, requiring advanced driving skills.
