Exhibition Scale: This year's event will occupy all 15 halls of the NECC, with a total exhibition area of 383,000 square meters, and is expected to attract more than 7,000 exhibitors from around the world.

Practical Information for International Exhibitors

• Visa: Please check in advance what type of visa you need to enter China and ensure your passport has sufficient validity. It is recommended to apply as early as possible. If you are from a country with visa-free entry to China, prepare your return flight ticket, hotel booking, and other necessary documents.

• Transportation:

• Airport Arrival: Shanghai has two airports: Pudong International Airport (PVG) and Hongqiao International Airport (SHA). Hongqiao Airport is closer to the National Exhibition and Convention Center, about 20–30 minutes by car; from Pudong Airport, the  journey may take over 1 hour. • City Transport: Shanghai has a well-developed metro system. Metro Line 2 goes directly to Xujing East Station, which is right at the National Exhibition and Convention Center.

• Internet & Communication: Consider purchasing a local SIM card or using a portable Wi-Fi device to stay connected. Many hotels and the exhibition center also provide Wi-Fi.

• Language: The exhibition center and major tourist areas have English signs, but learning a few basic Chinese phrases can be helpful. Many hotel staff can also communicate in English.

• Currency & Payment: The official currency is the Renminbi (CNY). While mobile payments (Alipay, WeChat Pay) are widely used, international credit cards are accepted at most hotels and large shopping malls. It is advisable to carry some cash      for convenience.

• Dining: The exhibition center has food courts. As an international metropolis, Shanghai offers a wide variety of options ranging from authentic Chinese cuisine to global flavors.

1. Pre-registration: It is recommended to register in advance through the official exhibition website. This usually saves time queuing on-site and sometimes allows you to enjoy free or discounted admission.

2. Plan Your Visit: Download the exhibition hall map in advance, mark the must-see exhibitors and forum schedules, and plan your route accordingly.

3. Bring Business Cards: Prepare plenty of business cards to easily exchange contact information with potential partners.

4. Dress Comfortably: The exhibition area is huge and involves a lot of walking. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
