Take the Hong Kong to Macau Cross-border Bus (via HZM Bridge) from Elements Tsimshatsui bus station, and get off in Hong Kong Port or Macau Port. I wonder if you only need to take the Bus to enjoy the sightseeing along the bridge? If so, option 2 will be much cost-efficient and convenient.

But please note that if you book the Day-time ticket, you just load the bus during Day-time period, so you could not load the night-time bus if book the Day-time ticket. And when you book the Night-day ticket, you need to load the Night-time bus. Day-time period is from 06:00 to 23:59, night-time period is from 24:00 to 05:59 of the following day.
