Heishui County is a beautiful region located in the Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province. It sits on the eastern part of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau at an altitude of 2350 meters. Heishui is 284 kilometers away from the provincial capital Chengdu, bordering Songpan to the north, Lixian and Maerkang to the south and southwest.
