3. When booking, please provide: booking name, contact number, total number of passengers, total luggage count, pick-up and drop-off times, pick-up and drop-off locations.

4. Prices may vary during nighttime, holidays, and festive periods.

5. Please note that seven-seater cars can only accommodate six passengers.

6. We will send you the driver's information within 2 hours before the service.

7. Pets are not allowed in the vehicles.
