1. ETripChina will send you detailed reservation information, including the e-ticket number or QR code, via email after a successful booking. Please keep the e-ticket number and download the attached photo.
2. You can collect your paper tickets before departure at the bus station counter during the bus station's operating hours, as indicated in the e-ticket information, and present your passport.
3. We recommend arriving at the station at least 30 minutes before the bus departure time (1 hour during Chinese holidays).
4. The bus ticket includes only basic insurance. We recommend purchasing accident insurance separately.
5. In case of inclement weather such as rain, snow, wind, or poor road conditions, if the bus is delayed or canceled, please monitor the weather and announcements on the bus station's website or call the bus station for more detailed information. ETripChina will also inform you as soon as possible.
6. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, all explosive, dangerous, flammable, toxic, or corrosive substances, as well as any goods prohibited for import and export by government customs. The bus company reserves the right to refuse overweight or oversized luggage or hazardous baggage.
7. Travel light. The bus company reserves the right to refuse oversized luggage if there is insufficient space.
Upon successfully booking, if you need to cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellation may result in varying losses ranging from 10% to 100% of the ticket price, depending on the timing:
If you have already collected a paper ticket at station, changes and cancellations must be processed at the bus station counter.
