It is one of the most beautiful landmarks in Xi'an. Going up on the city wall, you will have a beautiful view of the Bell Tower, the Drum Tower, the center of the city.

  • Visit Muslim Street which is Xi'an's the most famous food street.

Guide and driver will meet your family at the airport and transfer you to your hotel in downtown Xi’an.

Guide will lead you to visit the Ancient City Wall, the 13.7 kilometers City Wall is a landmark of Xi’an and one of the top sights for visitors. Then visit Great Mosque, it’s one of the largest Islamic mosques in China and also the most important example of the Hui nationality’s mosque in China;

The Ancient City Wall was built between 1374AD and 1378AD under the regime of Emperor Zhu Yuanzhang. It is recognized a landmark in Xi’an, which divides the city into the inner part and the outer part. The 13.7 kilometers City Wall once was the fortification encircles the old Xi’an City. It is one of the top attractions for visitors. When ascending to the top, you can have great view of the old inner city and the modern outer city. It is even better to experience a bike ride for extra miles on the wall when weather permits.

The Great Mosque enjoys the reputation as one of the four oldest and best-preserved mosques in china. The majority of the mosque was built in Tang Dynasty (reign of Emperor Xuan Zong 685-762). It was later promoted to a Major Historical and Cultural Site Protected at the National Level in 1988. Today, it’s still used as a place of worship by Chinese Muslims, primarily Hui people. Its architecture combines a traditional Chinese architectural form with Islamic functionality.

Visit the Muslim Street, which lies 100 meters west of the Bell tower in downtown Xi'an. There are many unique stall, souvenir shop, cafe and bars which are mostly run by Muslim people. Also it is a gathering place of Xi'an special snacks;

8:30, guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel; Visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses. It is considered as one of the greatest archaeological discovery in the century.

The Terracotta Warriors and Horses, an underground construction and terracotta figures, is located in Lintong County. It was found in 1974 and composed of three different sizes of the pit, with a total area of nearly 20000 square meters. Pit layout is reasonable, the structure is unique. It is unearthed 5 meters beneath the surface and about 4 km. The three pits of the Terracotta Warriors excavated outside the east gate of the outer enclosure of the necropolis can make one imagine how magnificent and luxurious the structure of Emperor Qin Shihuang’s Mausoleum was. The Terracotta Warriors and Horses is recognized one of "the eight wonders of the world", which is the largest underground military museum in the world and has been listed in "the world heritage list" by UNESCO since 1987.

In the afternoon, have authentic lunch at local restaurant, visit the Banpo Site in the same area. Then back to the city, visit Big Wild Goose Pagoda which is a well-known ancient building and a holy place for Buddhists and regarded as the symbol of the ancient capital of Xi 'an.

The Banpo Site is the first prehistoric Chinese museum, which was discovered in 1953 and typical matriarchal commune village site belonging to Neolithic age of the Yangshao culture. The excavation work lasted four years and revealed 45 houses, pottery, kilns sites, 250 tombs, 10,000 production tools and supplies. It covers an area of approximately 50,000 square meters and was built as a museum opened to the public in 1958.

Big Wild Goose Pagoda is located in Xi'an, about 4 kilometers from the downtown of the city. It is a famous spots to tourists. It was a five-story construction and then it was built with a seven-story structure. This pagoda is an architectural marvel. It was built with layers of bricks but without any cement in between. It reflects the people's wisdom and talents of ancient China. It is a well-known ancient building and a holy place for Buddhists and regarded as the symbol of the ancient capital of Xi 'an. Standing on the top of it, you can get a panoramic view of Xi'an and the garden around.

At the end of this tour, drive you back to hotel. (There is free Musical fountain performance in the square, we can drive you back to hotel directly or take you to the North Square of Big Wild Goose Pagoda.)

Visit Shannxi History Museum. It is considered as one of the greatest archaeological discovery in the century;Then visit Forest of Steles.

The Shaanxi historical museum is located in the northwest side of the Wild Goose Pagoda in xi 'an, which was set up in 1983 and opened on June 20, 1991. It covers an area of 65,000 square meters. Xi’an was as the ancient imperial capital of China, so underground cultural relics were very rich. In the museum, there are about 370000 pieces of precious cultural relics, simple stone tools which ancient humans used on the initial stage.

The Forest of Steles is a museum for steles and stone sculptures, which is located in Confucian Temple, Xi’an. It founded in 1087 and preserves about 3500 pieces of steles and epitaphs. It’s like a Chinese most characteristic book, every page is recording old culture and carves Weijin North Dynasty’s essence and Tang Dynasty’s writing of famous calligrapher. The Forest of Steles shows a palace of ancient Chinese calligraphy and stone sculpture.

  • Airport transfer is not included but available at low price. Check rate of airport transfer and train stations transfer.
  • Physical rating of the trip: the trip involves light walking and hiking that is suitable for most fitness levels. For all who are able to walk without the aid of another person, climb 3-4 flights of stairs, carry their own belongs at a minimum, would be able to complete the tour pleasantly.

3. 2 to 6 days before commencement of services: charge 50% of the tour price
4. within 2 days of commencement of services or no-show travelers: charge 100% of the tour price
After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your willingness, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.

If any air tickets/ train tickets /hotel booking made, all cancellation penalties imposed by the airline/ China Rail / Hotels will apply.

Xi’an is a nice place, we enjoyed this three-day tour and were impressive to the Terracotta Warriors. It’s the most fascinating historical site I have ever visited. I was really amazed when I saw the Ancient Wall, cycling on the wall was interesting, it’s relaxed and could take sightseeing. This old city is full of historical cultural sites and we were satisfied about all the arrangements. Thank for our knowledgeable guide, we are historical fans and realized more about ancient historical culture of China.

I would highly recommend the three-day tour, we visited the most famous scenic spots in Xi’an. Especially loved the delicious food displayed on Muslim street. Our guide told us lots of history, we saw fascinating exhibits in Banpo Museum and Shannxi History Museum, visited ancient Chinese architecture, the Pagoda. The area around is beautiful with large park and lakes off to the side. At night, it looks extremely beautiful.

There are two kinds of vehicles you can choose. The first are solo bikes, tandem bicycles on the great wall for renting. The price is about 30 to 40 Yuan per person. Riding around the city wall is about 80mins. The second is sightseeing bus. The regular sightseeing bus costs 80 Yuan per person, while the luxurious sightseeing bus costs 120 Yuan per person. The bus departs when it half full of passengers.

On Monday and Wednesday to Friday, it will perform at 12:00pm and 8:30pm. Twice a day. On weekends, it performs at 12:00am, 2:00pm、4:00pm、6:00pm and 8:30pm. Five times a day. You can choose a flexible time according to your tour.

Note: It won’t perform on Tuesday, because workers need to maintain the machines of Musical Fountain.
