Travelling information including destinations and travel date you fill in the booking form is correct.

Passenger's personal information should exactly match that on passport(s), otherwise it will cause failure of boarding. Etripchina will not be responsible for any damage or losses occurred in this situation.

Clear passport copy for all passenger(s) is required when you decide to pay. You can email to contact@etripchina.com or mail address of your personal travel advisor.

For submit with payment online or inquiry, our travel advisor will respond immediately during working hours or maximum to 24 hours due to time difference.

It is advisable to provide alternative plans in the additional area when sending your inquiry as we may not able to catch up your required tickets under these situations: tickets are sold out before you finish payment due rare availability; Temperate adjustment made by the airline company; Tickets are sold out while we wait for your reply.

Price

Total cost we quote online or in email includes ticket rate, airport tax, fuel surcharge (if required by Airline Company), service fee, bank commission rate.

Service fee varies from $5 to $15, which depends on the different ticket rate and the demand of the tickets.

Infant fare is 10% of adult fare and must be booked together with adult ticket. An infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking.

Children fare is 50% of adult fare for all domestic flights and must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.

Payment

You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.

Payment is acceptable via PayPal, Wire Transfer (travel date is 60 days later).

If the purchaser is not a passenger, a clear scan copy of the purchaser's passport is required at the time of payment.

Full payment will be refund if we are unable to serve you the required tickets or you initiate the cancellation before we issue the e-ticket.

Changes

Change of flights is free of charge only within the same airline company, same destination and same type of class.

Change of flights may result in a change of airfare because discounts could vary. We will refund the difference or require passengers to pay for upgrade.

Cancellation

Cancellation occurs from passenger before a successful booking made can be fully refunded.

Every booking made on Etripchina is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and type of class. Some booked fares may be non-refundable per the specific airline's policy.

Etripchina charges $0 for cancellation.

Time of Cancellation - When you cancel your ticket will have an impact on the likelihood of your receiving a refund, and will affect how large of a refund you receive.

Etripchina is not responsible for any schedule change by the airline after issuance of the ticket, but will inform you if informed by the airlines. It is advisable to reconfirm your flight timings 24 hours prior to your flight departure.

Checking In and Checking Out

Time of check-in - As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 2 hours before departure for domestic flights, 3 hours for international flights to 30 minutes before departure. Else will be considered as "no show"

Documentation - Passengers should hold the valid ID to check-in. Personal information provided for booking must be exactly the same as that shown on passport (ID card). Losses caused by inaccurate information are the sole responsibility of the passenger.

Flight to Tibet requires Tibet Permit to show at check in. Etripchina can help apply for the Permit when the guided tour confirmed as truly independent tour is not allowed in Tibet.

Luggage allowance

In accordance with regulations of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, the free baggage allowance within China is 20kg for economy class, 30kg for the business class, and 40kg for the first class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the client. Regulations within China specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft.

Prohibited items include but not limited to dangerous articles like fireworks, knives and fragile items.
