Deposit & Final Payment

All inquiries made by email or phone are free of charge. Travel advisors at Etripchina are happy to correspond personally to ensure all the arrangements are just right for your group. We normally require a 10% deposit once you decide to book this tour. Your booking is not confirmed until deposit is received by Etripchina and you receive a confirmation letter.

Final payment is due 30 days prior commencement of services. Should the tour booked within 30 days before departure for your China tour, full payment is required. If the balance is not received by the due date, your reservation (of hotels, flights and cruises) might be cancelled subject to the demand. Etripchina is not responsible for the cancellation because of late payment.

Methods of Payment

We accept payment through PayPal and wire transfer.

1. Pay via PayPal. In the price letter we offer, you will find a payment button. Click it and it will take you to the secure Paypal web site which has guidelines for registered and un-registered members. Once you lodge in, you can also pay directly to our Paypal account at pay@etripchina.com.

2. Wire transfer. We accept wire transfer if it is 30 days before your tour departure date. Please fax us (at 0086-773-5842555) the transaction receipt or stub issued by the bank when you send money to our Bank account. It may take up to 10 days for your payment to reach our account.

Cancellation policy

We understand that there may be many unforeseen events happen. If you have to change your plan (cancel the entire trip, change the date of departure, reduce a portion of the package or number of travelers, change names of travelers) after booking, we will try to give your money back. However your right to a refund is limited. That because Etripchina does not own, control or operate any hotel, air, land or water transportation vehicles. We prepay for the hotels, air, train or cruise on behalf of you.

Standard Cancellation Fees (without Yangtze Cruise, flight and train) :
1. 15 days before commencement of services: 100% refund.
2. 7 to 14 days before commencement of services: charge 10% of the tour price
3. 2 to 6 days before commencement of services: charge 50% of the tour price
4. within 2 days of commencement of services or no-show travelers: charge 100% of the tour price
After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your willingness, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.

Important notice: A Yangtze Cruise is non-refundable if your cancellation made within 30 days before its departure. If air tickets have been issued, all cancel penalties imposed by the airline will apply. We will indicate you the date to issue the ticket in the correspondences.

Travel Documents

All clients are required to hold a valid passport, which must have at least 6 months validity beyond the trip. We kindly note that valid passport and visa is your sole responsibility. Etripchina does not accept any liability for your failure to ensure that you have correct travel documents. However, we are happy to assist you to obtain travel documents upon request.

Travel Insurance

All Etripchina tour packages include a free China Life Tourist Accident/Casualty Insurance up to a maximum of $29,000. Please be aware that during your trip, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control, including but not limited to: travel by flight, train, or other means of transportation; illness in remote regions without medical facilities. Etripchina team will try its best efforts to take adequate measures, but Etripchina is not responsible for such risks. So we highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance from your origin country before commencement of your tour.

Behaviour

Etripchina has the responsibility to provide all staff a positive working environment, so that they can do their best to serve our clients. We can refuse to receive any person whose behaviour is inappropriate to prevent them from threats to safety, being physical or verbal. If any clients were refused from that point should be responsible for his/her own travel costs.

Conditions and Responsibility

Etripchina is an online tour operator affiliated to EFind International Travel Service. We offer travel services including transportation, sightseeing and accommodations through independent contracts.
Etripchina does not own, control or operate any hotel, air, land or water transportation vehicles. Etripchina shall not be responsible for any omissions, changes of itinerary, cancellation or the failure of any equipment operated by those suppliers or any third party.

After commencement of your tour, if any services included in the tour cannot be supplied for the reasons out of our control. Etripchina will try its best to arrange for other comparable services, but Etripchina is not responsible for the additional expense if needed. Any resulting savings will be refunded to clients after tour ends.

We make every effort to safeguard our clients during trip. You will receive help and advice from our representatives and guides when participant in the activities arranged by us or optional tour arranged directly by them, but all the activities are undertaken at your own risk. Etripchina and its employees can not responsible for any events occur.

Etripchina is not responsible for any loss of valuable items of personal property due to theft or the negligence of the customer.

Etripchina reserves the right to modify the entire terms and conditions, or in part at any time with or without notice.

Complaints

If any service we provide is significant different as it described, please notify your local guide or your travel advisor immediately, so that Etripchina can solve the problem and avoid potential for similar problems happening again during your trip.

Any complaint or compensation claim involving our services must be notified to Etripchina within 15 days of your tour ends. Please ensure that all correspondence relating to the complaint is received by Etripchina through email, regular mail or fax in writing pages.
